“Buyers are willing to pay more for homes that feel considered and complete. The Maddox had real street appeal, great flow inside, and nothing needed updating — it made the decision easy for buyers. You could tell straight away it was a well-built home. I could have sold the home 10 times over which is rare for a property! I’m still getting phone calls asking if I have something similar available.”
