J Co office/display update….
The team have been busy working hard, packing up the old office and moving into the new. With just a few more final pieces, we aim to be open to the public for viewing in the coming weeks!
Tell us about the new office?
The new office is a terrace home located in the Sunshine Cove Estate, Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast. The design is influenced by the soft edges and architecture of Morocco whilst incorporating the modern Australian design with coastal accents. The home is designed as a display house, showcasing a range of our inclusions from standard to luxury. The “office” section of the house is tucked away upstairs where the 2, 3 and 4th bedrooms of the house would be located. The down stairs living area will present and feel like a lived-in home, with a large dining table that you will able to sit around when meeting with our team. The house is fully stocked with popular tile, flooring, cladding and paint samples. You may choose to do an in-house colour selection directly from our office. Let’s not forget the new coffee machine that we are sure you will enjoy.
What can you expect when you visit the J Co office/display?
You will be greeted by the familiar and friendly faces of Anita or Corrie, if lucky, you may even see both! For our coffee lovers, we have installed a new Nespresso coffee machine. The atmosphere is always relaxed and friendly. We are a family run business and welcome our clients to bring their children, we have a small collection of toys and offer colouring in to the older children. We cater to a range of clients, from for home builders to repeat seasoned clients. We tailor our meetings to suit your personal needs.
Who is able to attend the new office?
Anyone! We invite all people to view our new office. From prospective to past clients. Perhaps you are thinking of building one day in the future or maybe you just want to have a little look inside. We encourage viewing by appointment; however, it is not mandatory and if you happen to be walking past, knock on the door, if we are not in a meeting, we will gladly show you through.
