Dual living, sunshine coast
The design brief was to create a custom home with an attached fully self-contained “grannie flat” with its own entrance. The Grannie flat needed to have the option to be rented for further income. The J Co team assisted by linking them with the best building designer to fit their brief. Once finalised the team arranged appointments and accompanied them at desired tile, plumbing and cabinetry outlets to complete the colour selections. The Clients were kept informed during the build process with regular on site meets and open communication directly with the builder. The outcome was a beautiful modern dual key duplex with a chef kitchen and scullery custom designed by the client.
