The clients approached the J Co team to create a waterfront terrace home with a point of difference on a small suburban lot. They wanted their dream home to have a timeless feel and not be constrained by current design trends. We engaged the best-suited building designer and worked closely with the designer and client until the perfect plan was created. Elements in the home such as angled walls gave it the feeling of added space and created the desired point of difference. We worked closely with the clients every step of the way to ensure they had a home they loved, accompanying them to showrooms and supplier meetings while also offering guidance and advice through the building, design and selection processes. The clients were kept informed throughout their build with weekly updates and regular on-site meetings.
