Built with the sole purpose of investment the house was designed to be cost effective, low maintenance and produce strong returns. The J Co team ensured their vision came to fruition by completing an in-house colour selection. The clients were able to make decisions on colours, tiles, carpets, cabinetry, stone and appliances from the J Co office based off the extensive collections of samples the J Co office has. Completing an in-house colour selection ensured the clients stayed within desired budget. They were kept informed during the build process with weekly onsite updates and regular onsite meetings.
