Our clients approached us with the vision of creating a Hamptons-inspired dream home on a small lot in suburban Sunshine Coast. They chose to use a pre-existing house plan that we had available, but customised the plan to suit their needs. The J Co team helped bring their dream home to life by accompanying them to supplier meetings and showrooms, offering guidance and advice through the design and selection process. The clients were kept well-informed throughout the build process with weekly updates and regular on-site meetings.
