The clients approached J Co to create a unique custom waterfront home that was entertainer-friendly, made the most of its waterfront views and offered as much privacy as possible. Our team worked closely with the building designer and client until the perfect plan was created. The clients had built previously and came to us with strong ideas of what colours and selections they wanted in their home. We assisted by scheduling appointments with suppliers and also attending when our input was required. The clients were kept informed throughout the entire build process with weekly updates and regular on-site meetings.
