The Clients
After a tragic house fire, the owners of the 1890 Queenslander contacted JCO Constructions to assist them in the custom rebuild of their beloved Sunshine Coast family home. The design brief was to create a home that paid homage to the existing property with the added bonus of modern cons, large entertainment areas and pet-friendly finishes. The JCO team provided assistance in ensuring their vision came to reality by sourcing the best building designer for their style and working directly with the designer. We accompanied the client to suppliers like National Tiles, Kitchen Contours and Samios to provide assistance with design selections. Our team was also there to support the client every step of the way through weekly updates, keeping them informed during the build processes.
