The clients came to us with the dream of building a modern family home that incorporated concrete and complied with the council’s new town plan and flood zoning. They were familiar with the build process through their industry experience, and came with strong ideas of what they wanted. The J Co team assisted by linking them with the best designer to suit their brief and working closely with all parties to finalise the concept plans. We then arranged appointments and accompanied the clients to meetings and showrooms to finalise their colour selections. The clients were kept informed throughout the build process with regular meetings and open communication with our Builder, Joe. The end result was a stunning and modern family home with suspended polished concrete floors and pre-formed concrete walls.
