Courtney and Matt’s design brief was to create a light, bright, Palm Springs-inspired home with coastal elements. It was also important to encompass as much of their waterfront views as possible. The J Co team worked closely with the couple to create an eye-catching terrace home that boasted 4 bedrooms with two living areas. Courtney was very active in her design, attending meetings with inspiration from trend-setters like Three Birds Renovations. We provided assistance to ensure her vision came to reality by sourcing the best building designer, working closely with the designer and keeping the clients up to date throughout the entire build process.
