This meeting is about establishing the best way we can assist with your building process.

Preliminary design + quoting

We link you with the best building designer for your home. Once plans are finalised, our Builder Joe presents you with an all-inclusive quote.

3 Selections

Our team works closely with you to ensure your vision comes to life.

4 Approvals certification + engineering

We walk you through the submission of documents required in order to begin your construction.

5 Construction

We are with you every step of the way to ensure the build process is smooth and quick with weekly on-site photos and updates.

6 HANDOVER

Congratulations! Your dream home is now complete!
